Some of the markets Cash on the Move wanted to serve with street-facing ATMs included convenience stores and similar businesses that wanted to offer their customers 24/7 access to cash regardless of their operating hours. Unfortunately, many of these locations had limited space, negating the possibility of a free-standing machine, and some did not want to install large through-the-wall (TTW) machines such as the Triton ARGO FT, which traditionally can take more space than was available for this installation. The solution was a smaller footprint TTW unit [the COMPACT400].

Cash on the Move have provided ATMs at End of the Road Festival for many years. In 2015 they also provided an on-site banking service. This allowed the festival, bars and traders to not only receive cash floats but also to deposit cash on site. This improved security, saved a lot of hassle and was reasonably priced. Our ATMs and bureau services ceased suddenly when our provider was placed into administration and then swiftly into liquidation. We were contacted by Cash on the Move who were aware of the situation and offered temporary ATMs to assist. They offered as many ATMs as we required, fully managed with CIT services and maintenance. We agreed that seven ATMs would be adequate, and Cash on the Move offered to install within 72hrs. Their preparation and procedures were lightning fast, and it was only our own compliance requirements that delayed the installation date to the following week. Actual installation was swift and trouble free, the ATM uptime was excellent and any/all issues were dealt with very quickly.

An excellent and professional service, delivered with real haste and expertise, which enabled us to quickly reinstate what is a very important service to our customers. Helped us through a five month period where we would have been without cash services as we navigated through the process of instructing a new FX service provider.
